Oh. My. COD. That’s Good!

Torsk! What in the world does torsk mean you say?  Torsk itself means “cod” in Swedish, Danish, & Norwegian. It is also a cod dish in Scandinavia that is poached then broiled.  I am always looking for good fish recipes besides the trusted ol’ fish n’ chips!  This recipe will impress even the pickiest fish eater!  It’s nice and firm with a flavor that some have said resembles lobster!  That alone should make you want to try this out;)
